The Articulated Jib Lifter (AJL) is a horizontal and vertical positioning device, with an air balancer built into the second arm. The AJL is ideal for reaching into inaccessible areas where headroom limitations preclude the use of a conventional balancer. It offers a lift capacity of 665 pounds along with a reach of up to 16 feet and 60 inches of vertical lift. The AJL has 360 degree continuous rotation at both the primary and secondary joints. It comes standard with a threaded interface at the end-of-cable and a safety latch hook at end of chain. A pistol grip metering valve control for vertical lift is standard. If overhead clearance is an issue, the secondary arm can be mounted above the primary arm. The AJL has a variety of mounting options including overhead, trolley, pedestal, wall mount or mobile/portable base.

The Vertical Rail Lifter Manipulator consists of a rigid vertical beam with moving rollers, which create a stable lifting platform and eliminates swinging of a cable or chain. It offers a lift capacity of 400 pounds along with a vertical lift range of up to 100 inches. The Vertical Rail Lifter can be used as an ergonomic lift assist for reach in, under, and around obstacles. This material handling solution solves a variety of applications such as roll handling. The Vertical Rail Lifter is a low maintenance industrial manipulator that does not require an air lubricator and is pneumatically operated; only requiring 90 psi of clean dry air.
